We all know about ABC juice, its basically Apple, Beetroot and Carrot drink. It is good for our overall health but do you know with other ingredients you can apply it on your skin too, yes you can really do.

To make these ice cubes, you will need

• 1 small apple
• 1 small beetroot
• 1 small carrot
• Fuller’s earth powder
• and rose water

Preparation:

1. Wash and dice the apple, beetroot, and carrot.
2. Add the diced fruits and vegetables to a blender with 1 cup of distilled water.
3. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a cheesecloth.
4. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the strained juice.
5. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Fuller’s Earth powder and 1/2 cup of rose water.
6. Pour the solution into a clean ice tray.
7. Freeze until solid.

Daily in night time rub 1 of these cubes on your clean face, followed by your night care routine
