No Diet Needed – Just One Cup a Day and Say Goodbye to Stubborn FAT!

1. Lemon, Ginger & Honey Water (Drink in the morning after breakfast)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 slice of fresh ginger, crushed

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 200ml warm water (~40°C)

2. Cinnamon & Apple Infused Water (Drink throughout the day)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cinnamon stick
