Image preview

A decadent, no-bake dessert that combines layers of rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy peanuts — all packed into one giant, indulgent pie. Perfect for peanut butter lovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-baked pie crust (9-inch recommended)

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped

  • 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Chocolate Base

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate, stirring constantly until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate into the pre-baked pie crust and spread it evenly over the bottom.
Let it cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set.

Step 2: Add Mini Reese’s Layer

Once the chocolate layer has set, evenly distribute the mini Reese’s peanut butter cups over the surface.

Step 3: Make and Spread Peanut Butter Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar.
Mix until smooth and well blended.
Spread the mixture evenly over the Reese’s layer, smoothing the top.

Step 4: Make Ganache Topping

In a separate saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream, stirring constantly until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer and gently spread it to the edges.

Step 5: Garnish

While the ganache is still soft, sprinkle the top with peanut butter chips and chopped peanuts for extra texture and flavor.

Step 6: Chill and Serve

Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
Once chilled, slice and serve.

Recipe Notes

  • For easier slicing, dip your knife in warm water and wipe between cuts.

  • You can freeze the pie for up to 1 month — just thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
